Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.

Please note we do not process/fill or ship orders over the weekend or the U.S. observed holidays. 

Gleam Holdings Inc./Melanie Mills Hollywood is not responsible for shipments that take longer than stated by the USPS or shipping method. We are also not responsible for, misdelivered, lost or stolen packages and we will not issue refunds for items stated as delivered but the item is lost or stolen.

Once the item leaves our warehouse the package and its contents become the responsibility of the receiver and all or any claims need to be submitted to the Post Office or delivery service responsible for delivery. Please verify your ship to address and have your package delivered to a safe location that you will receive.

All shipping damages must be reported to the chosen carrier. Please retain all packaging and products, you may be required to file the claim with the carrier. Damages to the unit carton also known as the product box are not considered damaged merchandise and will not warrant a return or refund of shipping. We are not responsible for items damaged by shipping.

Domestic Shipping: All freight is FOB California and goods are sent either US Postal First Class or Priority Mail. You as the consumer can choose your desired service. Please visit USPS.com for accurate delivery information for each service.

First Class Mail: does not include insurance or guarantee delivery for national or international. Please note that with First Class if the item is lost or stolen a claim cannot be made with the USPS. We will not reimburse for lost or stolen items.

Priority Mail offers insurance up to $50.00 with a guaranteed delivery. Time frame varies and is based on delivery locations. This is not an overnight service.

If the order is more than the covered amount by USPS, Melanie Mills Hollywood will not cover or reimburse the balance.

All freight charges are the responsibility of the Receiver. Any lost, stolen, miss-delivered or undeliverable packages are not the responsibility of Gleam Holdings Inc./Melanie Mills Hollywood. The receiver will need to file a claim with the appropriate shipping carrier and contact the carrier regarding any shipping issues. Gleam Holdings is not responsible for the handling of the shipment by the carrier, we cannot control where the package is delivered. Gleam Holdings is not responsible for or can guarantee delivery within the timeline stated by the carrier.

International Shipping: Gleam Holdings Inc. is not responsible for any duties or fees that may be imposed depending upon the dollar value of the shipment.

International shipping can be delayed up to 45 to 60 days or longer depending on customs or country of destination and choice of shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or delayed international packages we will not issue refunds for lost/damaged or delayed packages. Once the package leaves the states all tracking and updates will need to come from the country the items are being delivered to, we do not get updates until the package is delivered. Depending on the receiving country some local post offices will contact the receiver to pick up the package.

Please note with International shipping First Class mail can take up to 6 to 8 weeks. Priority Mail can take up to 2 to 3 weeks. If you would like faster service with a different carrier please email info@melaniemillshollywood.com

Damages: Please retain all packaging and products, you will be required to file the claim with the carrier. Gleam Holdings Inc. is not responsible for the shipping damages or damages to the unit carton also known as product box.

Returns: If a return authorization is approved by Gleam Holdings Inc. all products must be received in “like new” condition and in original, factory “sealed” packaging. Gleam Holdings Inc. will not accept returns of damaged merchandise that is not in "like new" condition in the original, factory sealed packaging. Gleam Holdings Inc. reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee on any authorized returns of non-damaged merchandise. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the receiver.

Please be aware we do not accept returns for allergic reactions. If you have sensitive skin you will need to take precautions, review the ingredients and have your doctor review. The makeup includes vitamin E and other plant extracts that may or may not be an allergen to some.
