Where in the world do you ship?
We ship everywhere in the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska, APO/FPO, and US territories.
United States
A $5.00 flat fee is charged for shipping.
How do I check the status of my order?
Click the link in your order confirmation email to check its status. If it's already shipped, use the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email to track its progress. It takes 1-3 business days for an order to be processed and picked up by our shipping partners. Once it's scanned, we'll email you a tracking number and link. Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
What is your return policy?
Free returns within 14 days of receipt for EllaOla orders made in the contiguous United States. Email us your order number and return your request to info@ellaola.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label. After we receive your returned item(s), we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Original shipping & handling fees will not be refunded.
