Shipping Policy
Shipping:
Buffalo Organics Inc has the right to utilize any shipping carrier to meet fast delivery to our valued customers within the continental US. Orders Placed after 3PM weekdays will be filled on the next days business unless a product is out of stock or backordered. Weekend orders will be processed on the following Monday (excluding holidays).
- All items will be shipped via USPS or UPS depending on size and weight. Buffalo Organics Inc is not responsible for the shipment once it has been delivered to your stated address. If your package is missing please check with neighbors or your designated shipping carrier for holds and non deliverable address issues.
- Flat rate shipping applies to the Continental US and is subject to additional charges if weight capacities or dimensional capacities exceed normal shipping charges. Free Shipping offers are subject to change at any time.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Returns/Exchanges:
- If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Service Department within 15 days of receipt for a full refund and return authorization. We will not accept returns without authorization and will not be accepted past this date. All items must be unopened and in their original packaging and in unused condition to process your refund. Please, no exceptions. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges that may be incurred.
- All clearance sales are final.
- Any returns will be processed to the original form of payment within 2 weeks of receiving said return.
- Please save your return tracking number so that you can track your return. We cannot issue a refund until confirmation of package delivery happens. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
