My Little Gumnut Modern Cloth Nappies are what parents want! With a waterproof cover and a five-layered Bamboo Insert, you’ll be surprised at how similar they are to store-bought plastic nappies. The bamboo helps to soak up the liquid and draw moisture away from the skin.
A starter pack is suitable for testing if this is something you want to pursue. It has 5 nappies as well as a night-time nappy and wet bag so that when you are out you can feel comfortable that you have something to carry the nappy in.
My Little Gumnut Modern Cloth Nappies are fully adjustable to fit a baby right from birth to toddlerhood (approx 3-15kg). If washed and cared for, they will fit and last from newborn until toilet training.
The cover is made with soft and smooth waterproof Polyurethane Laminate (PUL) and has a very soft bamboo-fleece inner layer with an inside pocket for the removable insert. The insert is the absorbency part of the nappy and will soak up any liquid, leaving the inner bamboo-fleece layer nice and dry against the baby’s skin.
To use, simply place the insert inside of the pocket, put the nappy on your baby, and use the snaps to fasten to the correct size. Please note the nappy should be firm around the waist and legs but not too tight, and it should not leave marks on your baby’s skin.
