We use either USPS or UPS as our preferred shipping partners. Most orders ship within 3-4 days. We do our best to get our products out to you as fast as possible, but every now and then, it may take a little longer due to unforeseen circumstances.
We know Masami to be the absolute best in haircare. We created it ourselves. However, we know everything isn't for everyone and we want you to be as happy with your hair (and us!) as possible.
