Lucabello Magnesium Oil Wellness Spray can be applied to the skin to provide pain relief to sore muscles after a workout, reduce pain associated with plantar fasciitis, ease menstrual cramps, calm restless legs and aid with sleeplessness.
Spray 3 to 5 times directly onto abdomen, bottom of feet or sore, cramped or overworked muscles and massage into the skin. This no-rinse formula doesn’t need to be washed off. For best results, allow the spray to absorb into the skin for at least 20 minutes, if you choose to rinse it off.
Lucabello Magnesium Oil Wellness Spray is great for use on rest days or as part of your bedtime routine. The spray can be applied directly to the abdomen, bottoms of feet or underarms. A tingly or itching sensation is normal especially during first uses, and typically subsides with continued use. Please note that every individual will respond differently.
