Expected Results
Our mineral care mud mask uses natural minerals to exfoliate flaky dead skin while Glycerin, Safflower oil, Kelp Extract, and Vitamins B5 and E help the skin attract and maintain moisture on the surface and below the surface of the skin. Skin will feel cleansed, glowing, pampered, and hydrated.
SENSITIVE
Your skin is worried about products that may cause inflammation and want to avoid irritants, allergens, fillers, or additives that compromise skin health.
This mineral care mud mask is not formulated for sensitive skin, however, customers do report radiance and more even skin tone after use. Those with sensitive skin may experience tingling from penetrating botanical extracts. At first, the skin may appear redder upon removal and within hours the skin will emerge more radiant. Cranberry and Elderflower extract, oleic acid in Safflower oil and Vitamin E oil soothe irritated skin. Nettle aids in healing. Skin will feel cleansed and radiant.
UNEVEN/PIGMENTATION
Your skin may need a little brightening and radiance due to hormonal changes. Skin brightening is achieved by removing dead skin and nourishing cell regeneration.
Our mineral care mud mask is supercharged with natural minerals to exfoliate and enriched with botanical extracts to nourish skin with vitamins for healthy cellular function. Nettle extract heals and repairs tissue while B5 aids in wound healing and prevents irritation. Skin will feel cleansed, brightened, and radiant.
AGING
Your skin is getting more delicate. It is not holding as much moisture as it used to and you want to minimize fine lines and wrinkles and repair cells.
Our mask uses natural minerals to remove dead skin without harsh chemicals. Nutrients in Cranberry, Blueberry, Horsetail, Kelp, and Nettle extracts along with Vitamin E act as antioxidants, prevent the breakdown of elastin and collagen and improve cell regeneration. Yarrow extract firms skin. Glacial minerals provide necessary skin nutrients and the preservative system penetrates and acts as a natural anti-aging complex.
Directions: Apply an even layer of mud with a facial brush or fingers to cleansed, dry skin. Allow 15 minutes to dry. Rinse using warm water with a soft towel or a facial sponge.
For all skin types. Use once per week for normal-dry skin and up to 4 times per week for oily skin. CAUTION: We recommend patch testing. In the unlikely event of a negative reaction, discontinue use, for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes.

All domestic orders ship with the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority and First Class Mail from Cordova, Alaska. USPS is the most economical and reliable shipping method between Alaska and the other US states and territories. For international orders, we use USPS along with Asendia USA. Orders are shipped to a central processing/sorting Asendia USA facility in the United Staes via USPS and delivered by the local postal service provider in your destination country.

If all products in your order are in stock and ready, we do our best to turnaround fulfillment within 48 hours. Most orders ship the same day. You will receive a notice if an item is backordered and can choose to wait or we will refund your order.
If your merchandise is lost in transit or shows delivery when the item has not reached you, we will file a claim with USPS. USPS has 48 hours to respond once a claim has been filed. We are not responsible for shipments sent to a forwarding service or a forwarding company. If you place an order and your shipping address is a forwarding address, you are responsible for contacting your forwarding company or service to locate your shipment. We do not provide refunds for items shown as ‘Delivered’ by USPS.
If your merchandise is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, save all contents and packing materials and contact us within 10 business days after its arrival. Shipments that arrive in damaged condition will be replaced only after the damaged merchandise has been returned for inspection (within 30 days). Shipments that have been determined to be lost after tracking proves unsuccessful will be replaced. For both circumstances, a monetary refund will not be given.

If items are returned to us due to insufficient address which matches shipping address provided by customer during checkout, there are two options. The first is that we are willing to refund your purchase price minus 20% restocking fee or actual shipping costs on the order, whichever is greater, even where purchases qualify for free shipping. The second is that we are willing to attempt a second delivery with a modified address, but customer must pay second attempt postage fees.
We have high standards and you should too. That’s why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Simply return the merchandise with the original receipt and a note stating your reason for return, and we’ll gladly refund your purchase price minus a 20% restocking fee. The restocking fee simply covers our original expenses to fulfill and ship your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the items were received damaged or defective and you would like to make an exchange.
